SUMMARY:Exclusive Tour of the Houston Police Department Mounted Patrol Facility
DESCRIPTION:Calling Henry’s Home Volunteers! \nDon’t miss this special opportunity to connect with fellow volunteers and witness the bond between Houston’s mounted officers and their horses. \nAbout the Mounted Patrol \nThe Houston Police Department Mounted Patrol\, reestablished in 1984\, is a cornerstone of community safety and engagement. With 32 horses on patrol\, the unit specializes in: \n\nCrowd control and crime deterrence in downtown Houston and Hermann Park\nNavigating terrains inaccessible to vehicles or foot patrols\nCommunity outreach through demonstrations for schools and civic groups\n\nLearn how these officers and their equine partners strengthen Houston’s community ties\, much like our work at Henry’s Home. \nRSVP TODAY! Text Gleneze at +1-361-315-5958
