DESCRIPTION:Henry’s Home Horse & Human Sanctuary is excited to welcome the Insperity Retirement Services Team for a special day of service\, teamwork\, and connection. \nThank you for choosing to spend your Volunteer Day with us! Your time and energy will make a meaningful difference in caring for our horses\, maintaining our sanctuary\, and supporting our mission of serving Veterans\, Retired First Responders\, and their families. \nWhat to ExpectDuring your Volunteer Day\, the Insperity Retirement Services team will have the opportunity to work together on hands-on projects that support the care\, upkeep\, and daily operations of Henry’s Home.Volunteer activities may include: \n\n\nGeneral ranch and sanctuary projects\nAssisting with horse care\nProperty maintenance and beautification\nOrganizing and supporting sanctuary operations\nOther projects based on the current needs of Henry’s Home\n\n\nNo previous horse experience is required. Our team will provide instructions\, guidance\, and support throughout the volunteer experience to help ensure a safe\, welcoming\, and rewarding day. \nWhat to Bring & WearPlease come prepared for outdoor ranch activities with: \n\n\nComfortable clothing suitable for outdoor work\nClosed-toe shoes appropriate for working around horses\nA reusable water bottle\nA positive attitude and willingness to work as a team!\n\nBefore Your Volunteer DayAll participants must complete the following before arriving:\n\nCreate a VolunteerHub account\nComplete the required Henry’s Home volunteer waiver\nRegister for the Insperity Retirement Services Volunteer Day through VolunteerHub\n\n\nCompleting these steps in advance will help ensure a smooth check-in and allow your team to make the most of your time at the sanctuary. \nOur Mission: Together\, We HealHenry’s Home provides a peaceful sanctuary where rescued horses find lifelong care and where Veterans\, Retired First Responders\, and their families can experience connection\, purpose\, and community. \nThrough equine-assisted learning and meaningful horse-human interactions\, we create opportunities to strengthen resilience\, build connections\, and support personal growth.Every volunteer plays an important role in this mission.
