SUMMARY:ExxonMobil Day of Caring – Wells Team
DESCRIPTION:Join Henry’s Home Horse & Human Sanctuary for a meaningful morning of service\, teamwork\, and community impact with the  ExxonMobil Wells Team. \nTeam members from across the Wells organization will come together for a hands-on volunteer experience supporting the daily care\, maintenance\, and ongoing needs of the sanctuary. \nAbout the Volunteer DayThis Day of Caring gives the ExxonMobil Wells Team an opportunity to work side by side outside of the workplace while making a meaningful difference at Henry’s Home. \nVolunteers will assist with projects that help maintain a safe and welcoming sanctuary for our rescued horses and support our continued programs serving Veterans and Retired First Responders. \nVolunteer assignments will be organized based on the current needs of the sanctuary as well as the abilities of participants\, ensuring everyone has an opportunity to contribute. \nVolunteer ActivitiesProjects may include: \n\n\nGrounds maintenance and landscaping\nSpecial sanctuary projects\nEquine care and essential ranch chores\nFacility organization and support\nOther projects based on the needs of Henry’s Home\n\n\nSpecific assignments and instructions will be provided onsite. \nWhat to Know Before You ArriveVolunteers should come prepared for outdoor\, hands-on work and wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. \nThe Henry’s Home team will provide necessary project instructions and safety guidance onsite to help ensure a safe and productive volunteer experience. \nRequired WaiversAll volunteers must complete the required Henry’s Home waivers before participating in the Day of Caring. DESCRIPTION:Join Henry’s Home Horse & Human Sanctuary for a meaningful day of service\, teamwork\, and community impact with the ExxonMobil IT Risk Management team. \nThis special Volunteer Day gives team members an opportunity to step away from the workplace\, work together in a unique setting\, and make a hands-on difference at Henry’s Home. \nAbout the Volunteer DayVolunteers will participate in hands-on service projects that support the daily operations\, care\, and maintenance of the sanctuary. Activities may include ranch upkeep\, property maintenance\, special projects\, and other tasks based on the needs of Henry’s Home that day. \nHenry’s Home provides lifelong care for rescued horses and offers meaningful programs that support Veterans and Retired First Responders. Every volunteer hour helps us continue this important work while creating an opportunity for the ExxonMobil team to serve the community\, strengthen connections\, and learn more about the powerful horse-human connection. \nNo previous ranch or horse experience is required.
