DESCRIPTION:Henry’s Home Horse & Human Sanctuary is excited to welcome the ExxonMobil Deepwater team for a meaningful Day of Caring filled with service\, teamwork\, and community impact.We are grateful to have your team join us and dedicate your time and energy to supporting our sanctuary and the programs that serve Veterans\, Retired First Responders\, and their families. \nYour Day of CaringThis special volunteer experience gives the ExxonMobil Deepwater team an opportunity to step away from the everyday\, work together\, and make a hands-on difference at Henry’s Home. \nVolunteer projects will support the ongoing care and upkeep of the sanctuary and may include: \n\n\nMucking stalls and paddocks\nCleaning and refilling water troughs\nLandscaping and ranch cleanup\nLight maintenance projects\nOther projects based on the sanctuary’s current needs\n\n\nEvery project\, big or small\, helps us maintain a welcoming environment for our horses and the people who participate in our equine-assisted learning programs. \nWhat to Expect \n\n\nNo previous horse or ranch experience is necessary\, and there is no riding involved.\nUpon arrival\, the Henry’s Home team will provide an orientation and instructions to help everyone participate safely and confidently. DESCRIPTION:Henry’s Home Horse & Human Sanctuary is excited to welcome ExxonMobil’s Low Carbon Solutions team for a meaningful Day of Caring! \nThis special volunteer day brings approximately 50 ExxonMobil team members together for a morning of service\, teamwork\, and community impact. Through hands-on projects around the sanctuary\, volunteers will help support the care of our rescued horses\, maintain our property\, and contribute to the welcoming environment that makes our programs possible. \nWhat to ExpectDuring the Day of Caring\, volunteers will participate in hands-on service projects based on the current needs of Henry’s Home. Activities may include: \n\nRanch beautification and grounds projects\nCleaning and organizing sanctuary areas\nLight maintenance and improvement projects\nProjects supporting the care and upkeep of our rescued horses\nOther team service projects as assigned by Henry’s Home staff\n\nNo previous horse or ranch experience is required.
