Join us for a restorative guided nature walk at Henry’s Home, created especially for veterans and first responders. Thoughtfully paced to honour the age and physical abilities of participants, this experience invites you to slow down, connect with the natural world, and find calm in its grounding presence. After the walk, you’ll be guided through seated reflection prompts, offering a safe and supportive space to explore your inner experiences, discover new insights, and deepen self-compassion.
