Men Veterans and Retired First Responders often navigate a labyrinth of challenges, including PTSD, depression, and the daunting task of reintegrating into civilian life. These hurdles can shadow their daily lives, affecting their emotional well-being and ability to find peace.

Our Men's program offers a transformative 6-week experience that tackles common challenges such as PTSD, depression, and the hurdles of reintegration. Begin your journey after completing six consecutive Self-Care Saturday sessions. This commitment opens the door to our 6-week program, tailored to meet your needs and aspirations.

Set in a tranquil, natural environment, our program provides the ideal backdrop for reflection and recovery. Here, you will connect with our gentle horses, away from the chaotic pace of daily life, in a space dedicated to your peace and personal growth.

How

To participate, begin by completing six consecutive Self-Care Saturday sessions. From there, you'll join the Men's program, where each session builds upon the last, culminating in a skill-based assessment. Successful completion allows you to advance to Natural Horsemanship I, furthering your journey of self-discovery and healing.
