We’re starting our morning with Heroes Blend, a special gathering for veterans and retired first responders. Join us for coffee and donuts as we come together before the Self-Care Saturday session. This informal meetup provides a welcoming space to connect, share stories, and enjoy each other’s company before diving into the day’s activities.

This 2-hour session offers an immersive experience in natural horsemanship, grooming techniques, and deep breathing exercises in a serene, supportive group or individual setting. Reconnect with yourself and others while learning new skills that promote mental and physical well-being.
