Thank you for choosing to spend your time giving back at Henry’s Home. We are grateful for your team’s commitment to community service and for supporting our sanctuary, rescued horses, and the Veterans, Retired First Responders, and families we serve.
What to ExpectThroughout your Day of Caring, your team will participate in meaningful, hands-on volunteer projects that support the care and upkeep of Henry’s Home. Activities will be based on the sanctuary’s current needs and may include:
- Supporting rescued horse care
- Landscaping and grounds projects
- Cleaning and organizing
- Sanctuary maintenance
- Special projects
Before You ArrivePlease plan to arrive by 8:15 AM to allow enough time for your group to check in and receive instructions before volunteer activities begin at 8:30 AM.
Volunteers should wear comfortable clothing appropriate for outdoor ranch work and closed-toe shoes. Please come prepared to work around horses and participate in a variety of outdoor and hands-on sanctuary activities.
Registration & WaiverAll volunteers must complete their VolunteerHub registration and required waiver before participating. Completing these requirements in advance will help ensure a smooth check-in and allow your team to get started on time.
