Henry’s Home Horse & Human Sanctuary is delighted to welcome the American Heart Association team for a special Heart Coherence with Horses Team-Building Experience!
We’re grateful you’ve chosen to spend your morning with us exploring connection, communication, reflection, and teamwork through meaningful interactions with our horses.
Your Team-Building ExperienceYour morning at Henry’s Home is an opportunity to step away from the everyday routine, connect with your colleagues in a new environment, and create shared experiences that encourage presence, communication, and connection.
Through guided, ground-based activities with our horses, your team will have an opportunity to slow down, become more aware of the moment, and experience firsthand the unique connection that can develop between horses and humans.
No previous horse experience is required, and there is no riding involved. The Henry’s Home team will provide guidance throughout the experience.
What to Wear & BringPlease wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes or boots suitable for walking around the sanctuary and participating in activities near horses.
We also recommend bringing:
- A water bottle
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray, if desired
Our Mission: Together, We Heal
At Henry’s Home, we create a welcoming sanctuary where horses, Veterans, and Retired First Responders can experience connection, purpose, and meaningful support.
Through equine-assisted learning, community partnerships, and the powerful horse-human connection, we create opportunities that encourage reflection, resilience, and stronger connections with ourselves and others.
We Look Forward to Welcoming You! Thank you, American Heart Association, for choosing Henry’s Home for your Team-Building Experience. We’re excited to share a memorable morning of connection, discovery, and teamwork with your group.
