Join the Dress for Success Houston team for a unique, facilitated Horse-Human Leadership Experience at Henry’s Home Horse & Human Sanctuary.
This interactive, ground-based experience uses meaningful interactions with our horses to strengthen communication, trust, empathy, collaboration, and leadership. No riding or previous horse experience is required.
A Different Kind of Leadership Experience
Horses are highly aware of body language, energy, intention, and communication. Their natural and immediate responses create powerful opportunities for participants to become more aware of how they communicate, connect, and lead.
Through a series of guided activities, participants will work together to slow down, observe, communicate intentionally, and build trust. These interactions invite participants to explore how authentic communication, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and leadership can influence relationships and team dynamics.
