SiteOne Landscape Supply Volunteer Day at Henry’s Home Sanctuary
We’re excited to welcome the SiteOne Landscape Supply team to Henry’s Home Sanctuary for a meaningful day of service, teamwork, and connection with our horses.
During your volunteer day, your team will help with hands-on ranch, landscaping, and property-care projects that support the daily care and upkeep of Henry’s Home Sanctuary and the horses who call it home.

Dawn Martinez is the group coordinator and primary point of contact for the SiteOne volunteer team.
- Mucking stalls and paddocks
- Cleaning and refilling water troughs
- Raking leaves and picking up branches
- General landscaping and ranch cleanup
- Feeding and watering horses
- Light maintenance projects around the ranch
Activities may vary depending on the needs of the sanctuary on the day of your visit.
- No horse experience is required.
- Our team will provide the guidance you need to participate safely and comfortably.
- Henry’s Home will provide the necessary tools, gloves, and instructions, and all volunteer activities will be supervised by the Henry’s Home team.
- Volunteer service activities will take approximately 1.5–2 hours.
- The final 30 minutes will be reserved for horse interaction time, giving your team an opportunity to slow down, connect, and spend time with the horses after completing your service projects.
What to WearPlease wear comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor ranch work and closed-toe shoes. We recommend dressing appropriately for the weather and choosing clothing that you don’t mind getting a little dirty.
