This special Volunteer Day gives team members an opportunity to step away from the workplace, work together in a unique setting, and make a hands-on difference at Henry’s Home.
About the Volunteer DayVolunteers will participate in hands-on service projects that support the daily operations, care, and maintenance of the sanctuary. Activities may include ranch upkeep, property maintenance, special projects, and other tasks based on the needs of Henry’s Home that day.
Henry’s Home provides lifelong care for rescued horses and offers meaningful programs that support Veterans and Retired First Responders. Every volunteer hour helps us continue this important work while creating an opportunity for the ExxonMobil team to serve the community, strengthen connections, and learn more about the powerful horse-human connection.
No previous ranch or horse experience is required. Our team will provide guidance and instructions for assigned projects onsite.

Required WaiversAll volunteers must complete the required waivers before arriving onsite. Please follow any additional registration and participation instructions provided prior to the event.
